Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dried Elderberries
  • 8-12 oz  Filtered Water
  • Cinnamon Stick (Optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small sauce pan, bring 8-12 oz of water and 1 TBS of dried elderberries (and optional cinnamon stick) to a boil.

  2. Let simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes.

  3. Using a fine mesh filter or tea strainer, drain your tea in a tea mug.

  4. Add honey and lemon to taste.

  5. Enjoy your cup of goodness.
