Keto Corned Beef Hash

This keto corned beef hash comes together in minutes! It's made with canned corned beef and fresh radishes for a delightful flavor.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Canned Corned Beef
  • 1 cup Radishes diced into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the radishes to the skillet, and saute until they start to become tender.

  3. Place the onion into the skillet and saute another minute or two.

  4. Stir in the minced garlic and oregano, sauteing another 30 seconds.

  5. Mix in the corned beef until it is heated through, and broken into fine pieces.

Recipe Notes

If you wish to serve with fried eggs, push the corned beef to one side of the skillet,
and crack the three eggs in the other half. Cook until the eggs are done to your liking
and serve.
