Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/2 White Onion chopped
  • 3 Celery Stalks chopped, including the leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded

Garnish

  • Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo and sour cream.

  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, onion and celery.

  4. Add mayo mixture, salt and pepper to the bowl. Stir well.

  5. Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove carefully and top with chopped green onions.

  8. Enjoy!
