There are just six ingredients in this easy keto fudge. It has the same iconic rich flavor, but it's low-carb and sugar-free.
Prepare an 8×4 loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan add heavy cream, butter and sweetener.
Simmer the small saucepan over medium heat for 15 minutes stirring until slightly thickened or about 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the sugar free chocolate chips.
Stir chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the 8x4 loaf pan.
Add the chopped walnuts on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Best stored sealed in the refrigerator
