Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cups Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 8 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Keto-Friendly Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  3. Place the batter in an even layer in the bottom of a well greased or lined Crockpot.

  4. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or until cooked through.
