Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Lily's Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 cup `Toasted Unsweetend Coconut Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut oil and baking chips in a microwave safe bowl, and heat for 30 seconds at a time until the chips are completely melted and smooth.

  2. Add the regular and the toasted coconut flakes to the bowl with the melted chocolate and stir to combine well.

  3. Use a cookie scoop or small spoon to scoop out 12 portions of the coconut mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Chill in the fridge until the coconut clusters have hardened.
