Ingredients

  • 3 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut in half lengthwise
  • 2/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Dried Chives
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Layer the chicken in a 9x13 baking dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. In a bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, bacon, chives, garlic and pecans.

  4. Spread the mixture over the chicken evenly.

  5. Sprinkle the chicken with the cheese.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes, and then heat under the broiler for 2-3 additional minutes.
