Ingredients

  • 6 large Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Parsley and Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks from the center of each one.

  2. Add the yolks and remaining ingredients to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pipe the filling into the eggs, and serve garnished with parsley and paprika if desired.
