Instructions
Add the ground beef and mushrooms to a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove and cook until browned completely and the mushrooms are softened. Drain excess fat.
Mix in the minced garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ginger paste, brown sugar substitute, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil and red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce over the meat mixture and saute a few minutes longer.
Top with the chopped green onions and serve over cauliflower rice.
