Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Lily's Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 cup `Toasted Unsweetend Coconut Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Combine the coconut oil and baking chips in a microwave safe bowl, and heat for 30 seconds at a time until the chips are completely melted and smooth.
  • Add the regular and the toasted coconut flakes to the bowl with the melted chocolate and stir to combine well.
  • Use a cookie scoop or small spoon to scoop out 12 portions of the coconut mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill in the fridge until the coconut clusters have hardened.
