Equipment

  • 8x4 Loaf Pan
  • Small Saucepan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Stevia
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips sugar-free
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  • Prepare an 8×4 loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a small saucepan add heavy cream, butter and sweetener.
  • Simmer the small saucepan over medium heat for 15 minutes stirring until slightly thickened or about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and add the sugar free chocolate chips.
  • Stir chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the 8x4 loaf pan.
  • Add the chopped walnuts on top.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
