Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Steak sliced thinly
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 package Miracle Noodles Rinsed and Drained Well
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1 inch Knob Ginger sliced
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 Star Anise Pod
  • 3 Whole Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 2 tsp Fish Sauce
  • Lime Wedges
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  • Add the beef broth, water, onion, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, sugar free honey and fish sauce to a pot over medium heat.
  • Cover, and bring to a low boil.
  • Reduce the heat to medium low, and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drain the broth through a sieve and pour the broth back into the pot.
  • Add the steak to the pot, and cover to simmer until the steak is cooked through.
  • Mix in the miracle noodles, and serve garnished with bean sprouts, lemon wedges, cilantro and green onions.
