Ingredients

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs chopped
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Dill Pickles
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Dill Pickle Relish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the eggs, ¼ cup onions, ¼ cup dill pickles and cheddar cheese.

  2. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients until well combined.

  3. Pour the sauce over the egg mixture, and stir to combine well before serving.
