Ingredients

  • 2 cups Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and brown sugar substitute in a pot over medium heat.
  • Whisk the mixture until the brown sugar has melted completely.
  • Remove from the heat, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Toss in the walnuts, and stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and let set for 30 minutes.
  • Break apart the walnuts and serve.
