Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add the olive oil to a large ovenproof skillet over medium high heat.
Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and pepper to taste.
Sear both sides of the chicken well.
Remove the skillet from the heat and top each piece of chicken with the caesar dressing and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked completely through.
