Ingredients

  • 6 Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Low-Carb Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add the olive oil to a large ovenproof skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sear both sides of the chicken well.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and top each piece of chicken with the caesar dressing and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked completely through.
  • Serve with fresh chopped parsley and crumbled parmesan crisps for garnish.
