Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
Add in the celery, onion and red bell pepper. Saute until the vegetables have softened.
Stir in the garlic and remaining cajun seasoning.
Mix in the cream cheese until melted.
Pour in the chicken broth, and stir to combine well.
Return the meat to the pot, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with cheese, green onions and bacon before serving.
