1canSalmondrained
1/2poundMedium Shrimp peeled, deveined and chopped into small pieces
1/4Onion chopped
1/2Red Bell Pepper chopped
1/2Green Bell Pepper chopped
3tspCajun Seasoning
1/4cupMayonnaise
1largeEgg
1/3cupAlmond Flour
1tspGarlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
Blend together all of the ingredients with the exception of the oil in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Form the mixture into evenly sized patties.
Heat a layer of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Pan fry the patties in the heated oil until browned and crispy on both sides.
Drain the patties on a paper towel lined plate, and serve with remoulade or your choice of dipping sauces.
