Ingredients

  • 1 can Salmon drained
  • 1/2 pound Medium Shrimp peeled, deveined and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 3 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Blend together all of the ingredients with the exception of the oil in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into evenly sized patties.
  • Heat a layer of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Pan fry the patties in the heated oil until browned and crispy on both sides.
  • Drain the patties on a paper towel lined plate, and serve with remoulade or your choice of dipping sauces.
