1/4 cup butter
3tspcoconut oiluse more if needed
1/2cuperythritol
1cupunsweetned peanut butter
Chocolate Coating
1cupdark chocolateI used Lily's
3tspcoconut oiladd more if needed to smoothen choclate
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl add butter, coconut oil, and peanut butter and melt on high.
Stir in sweeter until smooth.
Spoon mixture into molds and freeze until hard.
Chocolate Coating
Place chocolate in a bowl and place it in a pan of hot water. Stir until smooth.
Start dropping eggs in chocolate and use forks to roll them around until coated.
Place on parchment-lined tray or plate and refrigerate until set.
These keto Easter eggs can be frozen for up to a month.
