Ingredients

Chicken

  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Celery cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 Onion sliced thinly
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, ginger paste and black pepper to taste.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet, and saute until almost completely cooked through and browned.
  • Stir in the onions and celery, and saute until the chicken is done and vegetables have begun to soften.
  • Reduce the heat to medium low.
  • Stir together the sauce ingredients in a bowl, and add to the skillet. Toss to combine the ingredients well.
  • Simmer until the liquid is nearly absorbed, and serve.
