2tbspOlive Oil
1cupCelery cut into large pieces
1/2Onion sliced thinly
2tspGarlic Powder
1 tspOnion Powder
Sauce
1/4cupChicken Broth
2tbspOyster Sauce
2tspMinced Garlic
1/4tspGround Ginger
2tbspRice Vinegar
1/2tspChili Powder
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, ginger paste and black pepper to taste.
Add the chicken to the skillet, and saute until almost completely cooked through and browned.
Stir in the onions and celery, and saute until the chicken is done and vegetables have begun to soften.
Reduce the heat to medium low.
Stir together the sauce ingredients in a bowl, and add to the skillet. Toss to combine the ingredients well.
Simmer until the liquid is nearly absorbed, and serve.
