Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup Low-Carb Marinara Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoni Slices
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder and Italian seasoning to a food processor, and blend until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture out onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are beginning to brown and turn crispy.
  • Spread the marinara sauce over the flatbread,
  • Add the pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
