Add the ground chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste a mixing bowl, and blend together well.
In a separate bowl, blend together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, green onions, cheddar cheese and bacon until well combined.
Form the ground chicken into 4 evenly sized balls.
Place one of the balls of ground chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap, and flatten with your hands into a circle shape.
Add a serving of the filling to one side of the circle of ground chicken.
Fold the other side of the chicken over the filling, and pinch the edges closed.
Repeat the above steps to form 4 of the crack chicken pockets.
Place the chicken pockets into the tray of an air fryer.
Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, turning halfway through the cook time.
