Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 3 tsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Add the ground chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste a mixing bowl, and blend together well.
  • In a separate bowl, blend together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, green onions, cheddar cheese and bacon until well combined.
  • Form the ground chicken into 4 evenly sized balls.
  • Place one of the balls of ground chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap, and flatten with your hands into a circle shape.
  • Add a serving of the filling to one side of the circle of ground chicken.
  • Fold the other side of the chicken over the filling, and pinch the edges closed.
  • Repeat the above steps to form 4 of the crack chicken pockets.
  • Place the chicken pockets into the tray of an air fryer.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, turning halfway through the cook time.
