2poundsBoneless skinless chicken thighscut into bite sized pieces
2tbspOlive Oil
1/2cupCelery chopped
1/2Onion chopped
1/3cupMatchstick Carrots
3tspMinced Garlic
2tbspRanch Seasoning
2cupsChicken broth
3cupsKale
1cupHeavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat.
Sear the chicken pieces, and then pour into the Crockpot.
Place the celery, onion, carrots, garlic, ranch seasoning, chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste into the crockpot with the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Remove the lid, and add in the heavy whipping cream and kale. Stir to combine.
Cover, and cook on high for 1 hour.
