Ingredients
2cucumberssliced thin
15-20radishessliced thin
2/3cupsour cream
2tbspmayonnaise
1tbspfresh lemon juice
1tbspfresh chopped dill
Instructions
Cut the ends off of the radishes and cucumbers, and slice them thinly with the skin on.
Add the sliced vegetables to a large mixing bowl.
Place the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, and salt and pepper to taste into the mixing bowl and stir to combine well.
Chill for at least an hour before serving if desired.
