Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers sliced thin
  • 15-20 radishes sliced thin
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill

Instructions

  • Cut the ends off of the radishes and cucumbers, and slice them thinly with the skin on.
  • Add the sliced vegetables to a large mixing bowl.
  • Place the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, and salt and pepper to taste into the mixing bowl and stir to combine well.
  • Chill for at least an hour before serving if desired.
