Instructions
Mix together all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a bowl until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Place the batter in an even layer in the bottom of a well greased or lined Crockpot.
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or until cooked through.
