Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cubed Natural Uncured Ham
  • 1 Hard-Boiled Egg chopped
  • 3 tbsp Onions chopped
  • 3 tbsp Celery chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • Place the ham into a food processor and pulse until it is very finely chopped. Remove and place into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Chill or serve immediately with celery sticks and cucumber slices for dipping.
