1poundCubed Natural Uncured Ham
1Hard-Boiled Eggchopped

Instructions
Place the ham into a food processor and pulse until it is very finely chopped. Remove and place into a large mixing bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
Chill or serve immediately with celery sticks and cucumber slices for dipping.
