Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dill Pickle Chips
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Pork Rinds crushed into crumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • Whisk the egg in a bowl.
  • Place the almond flour in a separate bowl.
  • Mix together the pork rind crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste in a shallow bowl.
  • Coat the pickle chips in the almond flour, dip into the egg mixture and then cover in the pork rind crumb mixture.
  • Place the coated pickles onto a well greased pie pan.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes until browned and crispy.
