2sticks Butter softened
1/2tspXanthan Gum
1/2cupChopped Pecans
1/3cupKeto Chocolate Chips chopped

1/2cupKeto Chocolate Chips
3tbspHeavy Whipping Cream
1/3cupChopped Pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together the butter and Swerve until smooth and fluffy.
Blend in the almond flour, eggs, baking powder and xanthan gum until well combined.
Fold the pecans and chopped chocolate into the batter.
Spread the batter into a well greased loaf pan.
Bake for 20 minutes, then tent with aluminum foil and bake for another 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
Let the pound cake cool.
Place the chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream into a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals until melted and combined.
Spread the mixture over the cooled pound cake, and sprinkle with the pecans. Let the icing set before serving.
