Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease the inside of a bundt pan well.
In a mixing bowl, blend together all of the ingredients for the cake until smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into the bundt pan, and smooth out evenly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through.
Let cool for 10 minutes, and then turn the cake out onto a plate or platter.
Cool the cake to room temperature.
Place the cream cheese, swerve sweetener, vanilla and cinnamon for the icing into a mixing bowl and blend until creamy.
Add in the heavy whipping cream, and blend until smooth and fluffy.
Spread the icing over the cake and serve.
