Ingredients

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Canned Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • Sugar Free Whipped Cream
  • Raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla, avocado, spinach, Swerve and strawberries to a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into two serving glasses.
  • Top with sugar free whipped cream, and garnish with two raspberries each.
