1/2Avocado
2cupsFresh Spinach
1cupUnsweetened Almond Milk
1cupCanned Coconut Milk
1tspVanilla
1/2cupSliced Strawberries
1/4cupSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
Sugar Free Whipped Cream
Raspberries for garnish
Instructions
Add the almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla, avocado, spinach, Swerve and strawberries to a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into two serving glasses.
Top with sugar free whipped cream, and garnish with two raspberries each.
