Ingredients

  • 5 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 10 ounces Fresh Green Beans trimmed
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Broth
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey

Instructions

  • Pour the olive oil over the chicken.
  • Season the chicken with the onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the chicken to a heated skillet, and sear evenly until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the chicken broth.
  • Mix in the green beans, and cover to steam until they are a crisp tender.
  • Whisk together the soy sauce, sugar free honey and garlic in a bowl.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, and pour the sauce over the chicken and green beans.
  • Saute another 2 minutes before serving.
