5Boneless skinless chicken thighs
2tbspOlive Oil
10ouncesFresh Green Beans trimmed
1tspOnion Powder
2tbspChicken Broth
3tbspSoy Sauce
3tspMinced Garlic
2tbspSugar-Free Honey
Instructions
Pour the olive oil over the chicken.
Season the chicken with the onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the chicken to a heated skillet, and sear evenly until browned and cooked through.
Remove the chicken.
Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the chicken broth.
Mix in the green beans, and cover to steam until they are a crisp tender.
Whisk together the soy sauce, sugar free honey and garlic in a bowl.
Return the chicken to the skillet, and pour the sauce over the chicken and green beans.
Saute another 2 minutes before serving.
