KETO KEY LIME FAT BOMBS RECIPE

Keep these keto key lime fat bombs on hand. They are the perfect snack when you feel like something sweet that’s low-carb.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp  stevia extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar free syrup
  • 1/2 tsp lime or lemon extract
  • 1/4 cup almond butter 
  • 2/3 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead with your hand until all the ingredients are well combined and compact.
  • Bring the dough to the refrigerator and let it sit for about 15 minutes before making the balls.
  • Wet your hands with water or oil in spray and make 17 balls of about 2 tbsp each. 
  • In a shallow plate add the shredded coconut, roll the balls into the coconut until these are completely covered.
  • Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
