Ingredients

For The Cake

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Topping

  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 6 tbsp Butter softened
  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/3 cup Lily's White Baking Chips
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Blend together the cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Spread the cake mixture into a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Beat together the cream cheese, butter, 1 C. Swerve and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture over the top of the cake in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with the white chocolate chips and pecans.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
