Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the ingredients for the scones to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
Form the mixture into 8 evenly sized balls, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet, forming each ball into a triangle shaped scone.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Allow the scones to cool.
Whisk together the Swerve with as much heavy whipping cream as needed until the desired glaze consistency is reached.
Drizzle the glaze over the scones and serve.
