Ingredients

Scones

  • 1 2/3 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Sugar-Free Glaze

  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • Heavy Whipping Cream as needed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the ingredients for the scones to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 8 evenly sized balls, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet, forming each ball into a triangle shaped scone.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Allow the scones to cool.
  • Whisk together the Swerve with as much heavy whipping cream as needed until the desired glaze consistency is reached.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the scones and serve.
