1poundGround Pork Sausage
8ouncesCream Cheese
1packetLow-Carb Taco Seasoning
2cupsMexican-blend cheeseshredded
1canRo-Tel TomatoesUndrained
1/4cupHeavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
Cook the sausage in a saucepan over medium high heat until completely browned. Drain any excess grease and reduce the heat to medium.
Add the cream cheese to the sausage and stir until completely combined.
Stir in the Rotel, taco seasoning and heavy whipping cream until smooth.
Add in the cheese and stir until the cheese is melted and combined.
Serve with your choice of keto items for dipping, and garnish with sliced pickled jalapenos.
