Ingredients

  • 1 pound Radishes trimmed and finely chopped
  • Juice from 1/2 a Lime
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped, plus additional for garnish
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Jalapeno finely chopped and with seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and mix to combine well.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving dish, and serve immediately or chill before serving if desired.
  • Garnish with additional cilantro.
