1 1/2lbchicken thighsboneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
1pkgRanch seasoning mix zero carb version
2tbspHeavy whipping cream
2bagsCheddar Moon Cheesecrushed into crumbs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place the chicken into a ziploc bag with the Ranch seasoning and toss to coat well.
Add the egg and heavy whipping cream to a bowl and whisk to combine.
Put the crushed Moon cheese crumbs into a shallow bowl or plate.
Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture and then coat them in the Moon Cheese crumbs.
Add the coated chicken to a baking rack that has been placed on a large baking sheet.
