  • Silicone Baking Mat
  • Baking Tray

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp beet root powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients for the cookies into a mixing bowl.
  • Beat on high with a dough hook until it forms a loose dough that clumps when you squeeze it in your hand.
  • Form the dough into 12 even-sized balls, and flatten with the palms of your hands into cookie shapes.
  • Place the cookies onto a parchment or silicone mat lined baking sheet and put into the freezer to chill for an hour before serving.
