Ingredients
1cupalmond flour
1/2cupunsweetened coconut flakes
1/3cupalmond butter
1/4cupSwerve confectioners sugar substitute
1tspvanilla extract
3tbspunsweetened almond milk
2tbspbeet root powder
1tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients for the cookies into a mixing bowl.
Beat on high with a dough hook until it forms a loose dough that clumps when you squeeze it in your hand.
Form the dough into 12 even-sized balls, and flatten with the palms of your hands into cookie shapes.
Place the cookies onto a parchment or silicone mat lined baking sheet and put into the freezer to chill for an hour before serving.
