1/2poundGreen Beans trimmed and broke in half
1largeTurnip peeled and chopped
2tbspOlive Oil divided
3tspMinced Garlic
1/2tspThyme
1/2tspRosemary
4slicesBacon cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the turnips on a parchment lined baking sheet, drizzle with half of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Remove the turnips and flip them over.
Add the green beans to the baking sheet, and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Mix the garlic, thyme, rosemary and more salt and pepper to taste into the mixture on the sheet pan, and toss to combine.
Roast for another 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are done to your liking.
Garnish with the crumbled bacon before serving.
