Ingredients
1cupAlmond flour
1/2cupAlmond butter
2tsp Cinnamon
1/4tspSalt
1/4cupKeto-friendly granular sugar substitute
4tbspSugar-Free maple syrup
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, almond butter, and maple syrup. Stir well.
Add vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, salt, and 1 Tbsp sugar substitute. Mix well until you have a dough texture.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining sugar substitute with 1 tsp cinnamon.
Roll the dough into small balls, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on a large plate or baking sheet. Press down with fingers or fork to form a cookie shape. Let sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
