Ingredients

  • 6 Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Chives
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Form the salad on a plate or platter into the shape of a pumpkin, and use green onion and parsley to form a stem at the top before serving.
