Ingredients

  • 6 Zero Carb Street Taco Sized Tortillas
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute plus more for dusting
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries chopped
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese, sour cream, ⅓ cup of Swerve and vanilla to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  • Fill each tortilla with an even amount of the filling, and roll them closed.
  • Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the rollups seam side down into the heated oil, and brown on all sides until crispy.
  • Remove, and let cool a bit.
  • Serve dusted with additional powdered Swerve.
