1 1/2cupsStrawberries sliced
1medium Cucumber chopped
1/4cupRed Onion chopped
4ouncesFeta Cheese crumbled
2tbspFresh Basil chopped
2tbspOlive Oil
2tbspBalsamic Vinegar
1splash Lemon Juice
Instructions
Combine the strawberries, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and basil in a mixing bowl, and toss to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing mixture over the salad ingredients, and toss to coat well.
Serve immediately, or chill before serving if you desire.
