Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion chopped
  • 4 ounces Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 splash Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Combine the strawberries, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and basil in a mixing bowl, and toss to combine.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing mixture over the salad ingredients, and toss to coat well.
  • Serve immediately, or chill before serving if you desire.
