Salmon Bites
4Salmon Filetscut into bite-sized cubes
1tbspOlive Oil
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1/2tspOnion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Keto Honey Garlic Sauce
1/4cupSoy Sauce
3tbspSugar-Free Honey
2tspMinced Garlic
1/2tspGinger Paste
Sesame Seeds for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon.
Season the salmon with the onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Layer the salmon pieces into a well greased pan or rack, and place into the air fryer.
Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy outside and cooked through.
While the salmon is cooking, heat the sauce ingredients in a pot over medium heat until thickened. Be sure to stir often to keep the mixture from burning.
Cool the sauce slightly, and then brush onto the salmon bites once they have finished cooking.
Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
