Ingredients

Salmon Bites

  • 4 Salmon Filets cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Keto Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon.
  • Season the salmon with the onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Layer the salmon pieces into a well greased pan or rack, and place into the air fryer.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy outside and cooked through.
  • While the salmon is cooking, heat the sauce ingredients in a pot over medium heat until thickened. Be sure to stir often to keep the mixture from burning.
  • Cool the sauce slightly, and then brush onto the salmon bites once they have finished cooking.
  • Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
