Ingredients

  • 2 packages Shirataki angel hair noodles drained and rinsed well
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 4 large Eggs
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add in the garlic and ginger, and saute for one minute.
  • Combine the soy sauce, water, sriracha sauce and brown sugar substitute in a bowl.
  • Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet.
  • Add the noodles to the skillet, and toss to combine well.
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Discard any extra sauce if desired.
  • Shove the noodles off to one side of the skillet, and crack the eggs individually on the other side. Allow the eggs to fry.
  • Top with green onions and everything but the bagel seasoning before serving.
