2packagesShirataki angel hair noodlesdrained and rinsed well
3tbspButter
1/4cupSoy Sauce
1/4cupWater
2tspGinger Paste
3tspMinced Garlic
2tbspSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
1tspSriracha Sauce
1/4cupChopped Green Onions
4largeEggs

Instructions
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add in the garlic and ginger, and saute for one minute.
Combine the soy sauce, water, sriracha sauce and brown sugar substitute in a bowl.
Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet.
Add the noodles to the skillet, and toss to combine well.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Discard any extra sauce if desired.
Shove the noodles off to one side of the skillet, and crack the eggs individually on the other side. Allow the eggs to fry.
Top with green onions and everything but the bagel seasoning before serving.
