Ingredients

  • 1 pint Strawberries sliced into fourths
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute divided
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese and ½ cup of the Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, beat together the heavy whipping cream, remaining Swerve and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  • Stir together the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture until well combined.
  • Place the berries into a large mixing bowl, and add the cheesecake mixture. Toss to combine well.
  • Serve immediately garnished with fresh berries, or chill before serving if desired.
