Add the cream cheese and ½ cup of the Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat together the heavy whipping cream, remaining Swerve and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Stir together the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture until well combined.
Place the berries into a large mixing bowl, and add the cheesecake mixture. Toss to combine well.
Serve immediately garnished with fresh berries, or chill before serving if desired.
