Ingredients

  • 12 ounces sugar-free white chocolate chips Lily's Brand
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 10 sugar-free peppermint candies broken into pieces

Instructions

  • In a bowl, microwave chocolate with coconut oil. 30-second intervals until you are able to easily stir the chocolate.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Top with broken peppermint candies.
  • Place in the freezer to set. Approximately 30 minutes.
  • Remove and break into pieces.
  • Enjoy!
