2hearts of romaine, chopped
5ozGenoa Salami chopped into bite size pieces
3ozPepperoni chopped into bite size pieces
5oz Provolone cheese chopped into bite size pieces
5ozMozzarella cheese chopped into bite size pieces
1cup Parmesan cheese
1pintCherry or grape tomatoes Halved
1/4cupBlack olives halved
1Medium red bell pepper chopped
1/4cup red onion chopped
Dressing
3tbspOlive oil
1/2cupRed wine vinegar
2tspOregano
1/2cupFresh basil chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl add all the salad ingredients and mix.
In a small bowl, add the ingredients for the dressing and mix.
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
