4Avocados
2Green Onions chopped
1 Fresh Jalapeno chopped
1/3cupFresh Cilantrochopped
1tspMinced Garlic
1/2tspDry Ginger
1tbspTamari or Soy Sauce
1tbspRice Vinegar
2tspSesame Seeds
Sriracha optional
Instructions
In a large bowl, mash the avocados until smooth (or preferred texture).
Stir in the garlic, ginger, tamari, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
Add the chopped green onions, jalapeno, and cilantro. Mix well.
Transfer mixture into a serving bowl. Garnish with additional onions, cilantro, jalapeno and sesame seeds, if desired.
**Optional addition: Sriracha sauce drizzle
