Ingredients

  • 4 Avocados
  • 2 Green Onions chopped
  • 1 Fresh Jalapeno chopped
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Sriracha optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mash the avocados until smooth (or preferred texture).
  • Stir in the garlic, ginger, tamari, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
  • Add the chopped green onions, jalapeno, and cilantro. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture into a serving bowl. Garnish with additional onions, cilantro, jalapeno and sesame seeds, if desired.
  • **Optional addition: Sriracha sauce drizzle
