Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Goat Cheese softened
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Sugar-Free Natural Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Form the mixture into 12 evenly sized cheese balls, and chill for 1 hour to harden.
  • Serve on a platter with toothpicks.
