Ingredients
6ouncesGoat Cheese softened
2ounces Cream Cheese softened
2tspSugar-Free Honey
2tspMinced Garlic
1/3cupSugar-Free Natural Dried Cranberries
1/2cupChopped Walnuts
1/4cupChopped Parsley
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, and stir to combine well.
Form the mixture into 12 evenly sized cheese balls, and chill for 1 hour to harden.
Serve on a platter with toothpicks.
