Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 6 tbsp Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

Instructions

  • Blend together the cream cheese and cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add in the ranch seasoning, garlic and buffalo sauce. Blend until well combined.
  • Place the chicken, green onions and 1 cup of the colby jack cheese into a mixing bowl.
  • Pour in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Place the mixture into a small oven safe baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining cheese.
  • Broil for 5-8 minutes, or until browned on top.
  • Garnish with additional green onion before serving.
