2cupsShredded Chicken
1cupCottage Cheese
8ounces Cream Cheese softened
6tbspBuffalo Sauce
1/4cupChopped Green Onions
2tspRanch Seasoning
2tspMinced Garlic
1 1/2cupsShredded Colby Jack Cheese
Instructions
Blend together the cream cheese and cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
Add in the ranch seasoning, garlic and buffalo sauce. Blend until well combined.
Place the chicken, green onions and 1 cup of the colby jack cheese into a mixing bowl.
Pour in the buffalo sauce mixture.
Stir to combine.
Place the mixture into a small oven safe baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Broil for 5-8 minutes, or until browned on top.
Garnish with additional green onion before serving.
